MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept In-Stock and Pre-Order payments/reservations via:
Credit Card – via PayPal option – ( You don’t need a PayPal account to use this option )
Bank Deposits ( BPI/BDO/Unionbank ) – Philippines only
Money Transfer ( Cebuana/Western Union/LBC ) – Philippines only
PRE ORDER PAYMENT OPTION
Since most of the items listed are limited, we will require a reservation fee for your PRE-ORDERS to be reserved. ( Usually 10%-20% of the total price ). You can choose to pay the minimum reservation amount or the full amount when Pre-Ordering. Reservation amount will be deducted to the Pre-Order price which will be the balance. This will be payable when order arrives. We will reserve the item up to 14 days only.
NOTE: Please inform us immediately once payment has been made so that your order could be processed for shipping. For Bank Deposits and Money Transfer, please send us the deposit slip/transaction pin via email or Facebook messenger along with order number, complete name, contact number, and exact amount.
Metro Manila Shipping usually takes 2-3 days
Provincial Shipping usually takes 3-5 days
Shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated. If the item is tagged as free shipping, our default courier will be JRS Express unless stated otherwise.
Items will only be shipped once full payment including shipping fees and any other fees ( if any ) are confirmed and cleared. Since we are not affiliated in any way, shape, or form with any shipping service companies, Crazytrain Toys is not responsible for any actions or service the shipping companies will provide.
We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for orders that are overweight, require multiple shipments, are considered “over-sized,” or are being sent to remote areas where shipping rates could be higher than normal.
We will notify you immediately if shipping needs to be rescheduled due any unforeseen event outside our control, we will reschedule the shipping on the next business day. We do not schedule any shipping on Weekends or national holidays, any order confirmed during this time will be shipped on the next business day.
For Pre Order with multiple items, we will ship them as they arrive to us unless otherwise advised by the customer.
Our default courier will be JRS Express unless otherwise indicated.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You may return item that is damaged during shipping or has manufacturer defect within 3 days of receiving the item.
A request must be created in order for us to process a return. Email us immediately at email@example.com when you wish to make the request.
The product must be sent back in its original packaging the same way it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, inner plastic, outer shipment box as well as the shipping carton, just the way it was sent to you.
If the returned items arrives with excessive damage due to improper packing, a damaged product fee will be required.
Wait for an email confirmation before shipping an item back. We can not entertain any items returned to us without a return request.
Please Note that we understand “Mint” collecting but damage to the item’s packaging does not make the item damaged. It’s there to protect the figures inside. We will do our best to secure the packaging of your order.
Due to the limited and collectable nature of many of our products, a replacement may not be available at which point a refund will be issued.
For refunds outside PayPal/Credit Card, the Bank Account Name or Money Transfer Name must be the same as the person to whom we shipped the item previously. We will not refund if there are any discrepancies with the name provided to us during shipping and during return/refund. This is to insure your protection as well as ours from fraud.
Any item returned to us as “refused” or “return to sender” will be subject to a 30% fee to cover our costs.

In Stock items that’s already been shipped can not be cancelled.
If you need to cancel Pre-Order items, you can do so within 7 days of placing your order without fees. After 7 days, canceled pre-orders will be charged the non-refundable reservation fee.

Pre-Ordered items pass the Pre-Order deadline date can not be cancelled.
