Pre-Order simply means that the items are currently not in stock yet. Pre Orders are collected by the manufacturer so they will know how many to produce. Once the manufacturers release the items, we will advice you and ship your items once full payment is received. We will give estimate on the month we think the items will be released. Please be sure to check that date before you order.
Pre-Orders placed using PayPal or Credit Card via PayPal will have the full amount of the order deducted from your PayPal account when you place your order. This is a PayPal policy.
If your order has multiple Pre-Order items, we will ship them as they come in. You need not to wait for all your orders to be complete to enjoy them.
Please note that we have NO CONTROL over when an item is shipped from manufacturer. This is all up to the guys from the manufacturers – we’re also waiting with you!
Pre-Order Payment Options:
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Deposit ( Philippines only ), and Money Transfers ( Philippines only ) for PRE-ORDERS
If you wish to pay via the full amount due via PayPal or credit Card, please choose “Full” in the Pre Order Payment Option
If you wish to pay via the minimum amount due via PayPal, please choose “Minimum” in the Pre Order Payment Option
If you choose the “Minimum” Pre Order Payment Option, you agree to pay the balance when your order arrives
For Bank Deposit or Money Transfers, you can choose either and we will send a separate invoice through your email
Metro Manila Shipping takes 2-3 business days, Provincial Shipping takes 3-5 business days, and International Shipping takes about 7-15 business days
Our preferred carriers are Xend, LBC and PHLPOST.
We are not affiliated in any way, shape, or form with any shipping service companies. Crazytrain Toys is not responsible for any actions or service the shipping companies will provide. Items will only be shipped once the full payment including shipping fees and any other fees, if any, are confirmed. Most In-Stock items will be shipped the next day. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for orders that are overweight, require multiple shipments, are considered “oversized,” or are being sent to remote areas where shipping rates could be higher than normal. Due to the limited and collectable nature of many of our products , a replacement may not be available at which point a refund will be issued. We will notify you immediately if shipping needs to be rescheduled due any unforseen event outside our control, we will reschedule the shipping on the next business day. We do not schedule any shipping on Weekends or national holidays, any order confirmed during this time will be shipped on the next business day as well.
A request must be created in order for us to process a return. You may return item that is damaged during shipping or has manufacturer defect. Email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org when you wish to make the request.
Damaged or factory defect items can be returned within 5 days of receiving the item.
The product must be sent back in its original packaging the same way it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, inner plastic, outer shipment box as well as the shipping carton, just the way it was sent to you.
If the returned items arrives with excessive damage due to improper packing, a damaged product fee will be required.
Wait for an email confirmation before shipping an item back. We do not entertain any items returned to us without a return request.
Damage to the item’s packaging does not make the item damaged.
For refunds outside PayPal/Credit Card, the Bank Account Name or Money Transfer Name must be the same as the person to whom we shipped the item previously. We will not refund if there are any discrepancies with the name provided to us during shipping and during return/refund. This is to insure the your protection as well as ours from fraud.
Any item returned to us as “refused” or “return to sender” will be subject to a 25% fee to cover our costs. Please email us at email@example.com before sending the item back.
In Stock items that’s already been shipped can not be cancelled.
If you need to cancel Pre-Order items, you can do so within 7 days of placing your order without fees. After 7 days, canceled pre-orders will be charged a 20% fee.

Pre Ordered items pass the Pre-Order Deadline Date can not be cancelled.
