Do you ship international Orders?
We are happy to ship orders to the following locations outside Philippines:
Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and more to follow.
My country is not listed, can I still order?

All our international orders are shipped via PHLPost EMS. Orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days. Packages are always insured for the purchase price of the item(s) and packages must be signed for when delivered. Crazytrain Toys & Collectibles is not responsible for any taxes, delays or any other fees incurred by the customs system in your country. We will declare the full amount price, excluding shipping and we usually mark items as merchandise or collectibles on the customs declaration. Any refunds issued for the purchase price of the item(s) are in Philippine Peso (₱) regardless of exchange rates.
If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that it is your responsibility to shoulder all shipping fees, both to and from your location.
Can I request for a different Shipping company?
Yes, we can ship via DHL or other service that is available in the Philippines. Send us an email at support@crazytraintoys.com and we will give an estimate shipping cost.
Express Mail Speedpost:
Express Mail Service (IEMS) is the fastest means of sending time-sensitive items to addresses abroad. Any articles such as documents, samples of merchandise and goods, not specifically prohibited by regulations, can be sent via EMS. Currently, the Philippines has a bilateral agreement with 45 countries for the reciprocal exchange of EMS items.
