You may return item that is damaged during shipping or has manufacturer defect.
1. Email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide clear pictures of damage product and description when you send your email. Please provide us if you will be opting for a refund or replacement.
3. Please wait for our confirmation email that we have received your email and pictures. We will be getting in touch with you within 24 hours.
4. Once we confirm the damage or factory defect, we will ask you to ship the items back to us. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.
5. We’ll try to work with the distributor to get a replacement, but this usually takes time so please be patient as we are also waiting with you.
6. If replacement is not possible, you’ll receive a partial or full refund, this will depend on how bad your item’s damaged.
Note: We know how collectors tent to keep the item in the box but we strongly suggest you open everything when it’s delivered to you for inspection.
