  • What is a pre-order?

    Pre-Ordered Toys are orders placed for items which has not yet been released to the market. Toy Brands & Distributors has set pre-order deadlines 3-4 months prior to the release dates to collect orders. We then place this orders to our suppliers/partners during this pre-order time period.

  • Advantages of having a pre-order?

    For one, your order will be guaranteed to arrive. For most cases, we give discounts for full payment pre-order price and your order will be put on top priority.

  • Can I still order an item after the pre-order deadline?

    In some cases, we do order extra stocks for non pre-order customers. But the remaining stocks will be limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Can I have my pre-order or deposit cancelled or transferred to another item?

    Sorry, but once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or transferred.

  • How much is the pre-order reservation fee?

    We charge 20% pre-order reservation fee depending on the item. Sometimes lower.

  • My item has arrived, Where can I pick it up?

    You can pick up your item at the following places:

    • Shoppesville Greenhills Phils (PlayBoxx) Located at U-06, Upper level Shoppesville Plus Greenhills
    • Monday to Friday: Pacific Star Building Makati 8AM-5PM
  • My reserved item has already arrived but I can’t make it to the pick up/meet up locations, how can I get my item?

    After the 10 days holding period, we can ship your item to you via LBC, 2GO or JRS after full payment is settled. If still unclaimed after 15 days, we will be forced to forfeit your down payment and sell the item to the next customer. We do not like to forfeit reservations so we request customers to understand our position in this matter.

  • My fully paid item has already arrived but I can’t make it to the pick up/meet up locations, how can I get my item?

    After the 15 days holding period, we can ship your item to you via LBC, 2GO or JRS, in some cases we offer free delivery/shipping. But in cases where we can not cover the shipping/delivery, we will be asking you for additional minimal shipping fee.

  • I have made a pre-order, what do you I need to bring to claim my item?

    Aside from the remaining balance of the pre-order, please bring proof of order such as ID/Order Number/Mobile number provided/Or Email for verification.

  • Will you inform me once my pre-order item arrives?

    Yes, we will contact you via text message, messenger, or email once your order arrives ASAP.

     

  • Why is a toy I pre-ordered not yet available even after its scheduled release date?

    Manufacturers, official distributors and partners may change the release dates due to a number of factors without prior notice. We will inform you and will try to keep information on our page up to date.

  • I ordered an item that is Limited or highly demanded and manufacturer cut supply or manufacturer cancelled item production, do I get my money back?

    There is a very small chance of this happening but if it does happen. We will be happy to refund or transfer pre-orders if we were unable to get your pre-order item or manufacturer cancelled item production.

  • I see an item I want in stock now. I don't have full funds yet, can I have it put on hold?

    Yes, we do accept reservation with a 20% deposit. The reservation will be valid for 15 days only. After 15 days the item will be shipped to you after full payment plus shipping cost is paid for. After 20 days and item is still unpaid, we will have the item put back on sale and deposit is forfeited / cancelled.

  • How long will the shipping take?

    For Metro Manila Upon Payment & Confirmation 1-2 Business Days. For Outside Metro Manila Upon Payment & Confirmation - 2-5 Business Days. Cutoff of shipping will be 12PM, Items paid after 12PM will be shipped the next day.

  • What is your policy for return?

    If an item is damaged during shipping or has manufacturer defect, please email us at support@crazytraintoys.com within 5 days of receiving the item. Please provide pictures of the damage and description when you send your email. We’ll try to work with the distributor to get a replacement, but this usually takes time so please be patient as we are also waiting with you. If replacement is not possible, you’ll receive a partial or full refund, this will depend on how bad your item’s damaged.

    Please take note that damage to an item’s packaging does not make the item damaged. Damaged boxes such as dent, bent lid, or crushed corners during shipping are not considered refundable and will not be accepted in returns as this is beyond our control. Reset assured that we do our best to protect and pack the items properly for extra protection and safety.

    The product must be sent back in its original packaging the same way it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, inner plastic, outer shipment box as well as the shipping carton, just the way it was sent to you. If the returned items arrives with excessive damage due to improper packing, a damaged product fee will be required. You must contact us at support@crazytraintoys.com before shipping an item back. Any item returned to us as “refused” or “return to sender” will be subject to a 25% fee to cover our costs.

  • What is the process of returns?

    The product must be sent back in its original packaging the same way it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, inner plastic, outer shipment box as well as the shipping carton, just the way it was sent to you. If the returned items arrives with excessive damage due to improper packing, a damaged product fee will be required. You must contact us at support@crazytraintoys.com before shipping an item back. Any item returned to us as “refused” or “return to sender” will be subject to a 25% fee to cover our costs.
